Practice nurse
at Manuka Health Centre in Wellington
This is a full time temporary position for one year. Both of our job share practice nurses are pregnant due late February so we need someone to hold the fort while they nurse their babies. What's in it for you is that we are an integrated health centre with doctors that use nutritional medicine, herbs and other "alternative" aspects of health care. You will learn lots while you are with us! You must be able to use Medtech and have had suitable experience as a practice nurse. You must be able to supervise intravenous drips as well as all the usual practice nurse skills. We are a small practice with one receptionist, one nurse and one doctor on duty most days. So you need to be efficient, independent and experienced. In exchange we will teach you things you can learn nowhere else!
